Child Education
SSELF play a significant role in providing education to children, particularly in communities with limited access to educational resources. There are some ways in which SSELF is contributing to child education.
Conducting after-school programs: SSELF are organizing after-school programs to provide additional learning opportunities to children. These programs include tutoring, mentoring, and extracurricular activities such as sports, music, and art.
Providing vocational training: SSELF already is offering vocational training to children who are not interested in traditional academic pursuits. This training can help them acquire skills that will enable them to earn a livelihood and support themselves and their families.
Educating parents: SSELF educates parents about the importance of education and encourages them to enroll their children in school. They also conduct workshops to teach elders and parents how to support their children’s learning at home and also through literacy programs such as PRAUDH SHIKSHA ( Further Education )
