Mission & Vision

TO PROMOTE SSELF AWARENESS, SSELF MOTIVATION, SSELF EMPOWERMENT IN THE YOUTH OF TODAY.

  1. To function as a Charitable and altruistic foundation whose Mission is the Educational and Literary development of society
  2. Being part of a Christian Educational Group to be sensitive and aware of the needs and ambitions of the Christian youth and Children and do the utmost for their upliftment and development.
  3. To provide education to those children who due to financial constraints and due to other reasons are unable to get Learning Opportunities. To create a Second Chance program that focuses on providing school drop-outs, especially women, another chance at education. It would aim to support those who could not complete their secondary education and help them complete Grade 10, through Open University etc. In the hope that this academic certificate would prove useful for the learners and further their opportunities for educational growth and employability.
  4. To start an evening School using the premises of Wilsonia or any other campus that may be willing to conduct physical classes for the Foundation. These classes will be conducted free for the students of the financially weaker section of society or maybe with a nominal fee charge. Also to create a Digital Night School where scheduled classes will be taken over Zoom or Google classroom by a group of volunteer teachers or students to provide a chance for children who have to work during the day to study online and take the board exams as private candidates. Imparting education through the latest methods of teaching using sophisticated equipment and modern technology.
  5. To create a training program for vocational skills. Setting up internships with Plumbers , Electricians, Masons so that youth of lower income groups can be trained and start their own service cells. To help place youth or all those who are unemployed in such occupations which best suit the skills that they can be trained in or can be inculcated in them.
  6. Setting up training centers that teach a vocation to help set up handicraft centres as well as small scale industries etc. for the uplifting of needy and deserving candidates and also the preservation of Indian Culture as well help save the environment.
  7. To organize and co-ordinate camps for spreading Education.
  8. To provide teaching aids and donate teaching aids for the cause of education and learning.
  9. To cooperate with other societies, institutions and organizations which function for the same charitable purposes towards the pursuit of excellence in education and in order to empower individuals.
  10. To organize shows, programmes, festivals, socio-cultural events, which are vital to modern education and also to conduct seminars on current issues.
  11. To provide opportunities for sound education with the purpose of personality development and for vocational training.
  12. To conduct diploma courses in various fields to build the career of deserving candidates.
  13. To associate with companies and firms and bodies that can likewise help with the mission of uplifting education and literacy.
  14. To garner funds and finances through means of donation drives and by receiving grants which will be used for the purpose of educational development and literacy of the deserving.To set up centers for donation. To partake in donation drives and organize altruistic events to collect funds for the cause of uplifting society.
  15. Setting up book banks for distribution in anganbaris / orphanages / slums / any special needs school and other such places.
  16. Setting up a Bank of Volunteer Teachers for physical and Online teaching
  17. Setting up / help start Libraries to motivate reading habits also Reading Sessions / Story Sessions in Classrooms
  18. Introducing Theatre and Drama in Class rooms (Integration of Subjects)
  19. Help educational institutions in collaborating resources both material and human (Teachers sharing) as per the National Education Policy 2020
  20. Provide Teachers CPD (Continuous Professional Development) Training workshops
  21. Provide Workshops on Parenting for parents.
  22. Special competitions for the Kindergarten and Primary levels.
  23. Conduct Educational,Cultural, Literary and Sports Competitions across Schools and Colleges and even among adults.
  24. Conduct Career Counseling for students of grades 9 to 12 and UG
  25. Arrange Scholarships for children as per Need / Girl Child / Merit
  26. Promote Sports through Sports camps / Sports Academies / in collaboration with State Authorities
  27. Conduct Sports Meets at all levels – City / District / State
  28. Encourage young Writers to showcase their work through — talks/seminars / Educational Fests / Book printing / workshops etc
  29. Inviting literary fraternity to the city for talks and seminars in collaboration with Higher Educational Institutions and other Social Clubs
  30. Encouraging Talent (writers/ artists/ musicians/ sportspersons etc.) and organizing events for them to showcase their talents.
  31. Work with existing Clubs and Societies and give our expertise where possible for the betterment of the city and society
  32. Take initiative in procuring grants from the various schemes of the Government in concern with education and sports and then ensuring the optimum utilization of the same
  33. Motivating the privileged strata (Business Houses) of the city and outside to participate in events and activities under CSR (Compulsory Corporate Social Responsibility)
