SSELF plays a vital role in promoting women’s empowerment by creating programs and initiatives that addresses the various challenges and issues faced by women. Here are some ways SSELF helps with women empowerment:

  • Education and Awareness: SSELF organizes campaigns and workshops in school/ college/ road / slum area to educate women about their rights, opportunities, and resources available to them. This can help increase their awareness of issues such as gender inequality, discrimination, and violence, and help them become more empowered.
  • Skill Building and Entrepreneurship: SSELF provides women with training and support in developing new skills and businesses. This can help women increase their economic independence and financial stability, which can be a significant step towards empowerment. Currently we are giving free vocational training in Beautician, Information Technology, Sewing Machine Operator (SMO).
  • Health and Well-being: SSELF provides healthcare and wellness programs for women. This can help women access necessary health services, including reproductive health services, and improve their overall well-being.
